Exchanges

We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.   All exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can send your completed Exchange Request Form to us at uniformshtx@gmail.com.   

If your exchange is accepted and the item that you desire is in stock, we’ll send you an exchange authorization form via email.  You will package your items along with the Exchange Authorization Form and ship the item back to us at your expense.  Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

All items purchased between July 15, 2026-May 1, 2027 are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds
We cannot accept returns.
